Lindsay grew up in Chelmsford and has always been a hard worker. She looked forward to getting a job and building a career as soon as she could.
“I wouldn’t say I was the teachers pet type, far from it. But what I did learn very early on was that you have to work hard for the things you want. Even at school, I couldn’t wait for exams to be over, get a job and find out how the real world worked.”
Lindsay’s entire career has revolved around PA and office manager positions. Her very first PA role was to the Sales Director in an established Travel Company. Her career progressed in this area of work and saw her act as an Executive PA within other large organisations before finally taking the leap to run her own virtual PA business.
“I’d like to say the creation of SO. was throroughly organised and a result of years of calculated planning but truthfully, SO. was born on a wing and a prayer. I knew I was good at what I do and the skills I had built through first hand experience would enable businesses to achieve more.”
SO. was established in October 2009 with just one client. Through hard work, determination and persistance, Lindsay was able to build SO. a reputation as a seamless PA service. Consistently delivering quality administrative support to businesses.
